    Hello,

I'm totally new to the creation of modpacks.
I used the Modpack creator, followed the wiki instructions, added forge in the loaders folder.
When i test with the modpack creator, everything is fine, but when i use the launcher, forge is not found.
I checked the dowload log, and this message appears :

    [attention] Failed to download https://libraries.minecraft.net/net...4-1.7.10/forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1614-1.7.10.jar
java.io.IOException: Did not get expected response code, got 403 for https://libraries.minecraft.net/net...4-1.7.10/forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1614-1.7.10.jar

Is this normal ? Isn't forge directly downloaded from my modpack ?

You used the -installer.jar in the loaders folder, right?

The launcher should automatically download the necessary files, yes.
