Global region flags not working

    I'm attempting to allow players to have permissions in the __global__ region, but when they don't have the bypass permission they can't do anything. No building, no rightclick npcs, even right-clicking on a block with an empty hand. All of them put in chat "Sorry, but you are not permitted to do that here." in yellow text.

    Here's the regions file contents:
    Code (Text):

    regions:
        __global__:
            members: {}
            flags: {item-drop: allow, build: allow, item-pickup: allow, block-break: allow,
                passthrough: allow, interact: allow}
            owners: {}
            type: global
            priority: 0

    EDIT: Using WG 6.2.1 for Minecraft 1.12.1

    worldguard blocks nothing by default. the flags are completely unnecessary.
    something that's not related to worldguard regions is blocking your players.

    alright. thanks for the quick reply. I assumed it was WorldGuard since it was that plugin's perms that affected the players. I'll see if any other plugin could be the culprit.

    looks like you turned on build perms in config.
    that's separate from regions entirely.

    Ya. I just figured that out. -_- I don't recall enabling it, so either it's enabled by default in 6.2.1, or another admin went in and enabled it. Or my memory sucks. Anyways, thanks for the help.

    well you can rule out being enabled by default.
