Unable to set modded blocks [Sponge 6.1.9 Snapshot]

    I'm using Minecraft 1.12.2 for SpongeForge and have the 6.1.9 snapshot installed. Worldedit works mostly fine except that I cannot //regen the terrain (although I have a workaround to that).

    The larger problem is that I can't use non-vanilla blocks in any of the commands such as //set, //replace or //floodfill, for example I can't do a command like:

    //set nameofmod:name_of_block

    Because it will set the blocks to air instead of the intended block.

    I'm confident that I am using the proper item IDs as they do work when I use /give.

    Am I writing the command correctly? If I am, are there any workarounds? The 6.1.9 snapshot is the latest one I can find for sponge.
